Aimlytics ("we", "us", "our"), based in Austria, operates aimlytics.agency (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us directly:

• Contact form: name, email address, and any message content you submit.
• Booking a call: if you book a call through our scheduling tool, that provider collects your name, email, and selected time — see their privacy policy for details.

We do not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this Site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.
• To schedule and manage calls you book with us.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

The Site uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

• Netlify (form submissions and hosting) — netlify.com/privacy

• Zoho Mail / ZeptoMail (business email and transactional mail delivery) — zoho.com/privacy

Account access, during an audit or engagement

If we run an account audit or manage your Meta Ads account, we request read-only, partner-level access through Meta's own Business Manager permissions system. We never ask for or store account passwords. A mutual NDA is available on request before any access is granted.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and scheduling data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete it on request (see below).

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@aimlytics.agency.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
